Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Local Delivery (within 50 miles): 1-2 business days

    • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S. or Canada): 3-7 business days

Note: All deliveries are made through temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product quality and freshness.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the U.S. and Canada.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Perishable Products Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for food products to ensure health and safety compliance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email our customer service team at hello@arianameats.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

    • A full refund to the original payment method

    • A replacement product at no additional cost

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to order processing timelines.
